• The Service is not involved in any sales, payments, or refund transactions.
• All matters related to game purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the respective platforms.
• SteamDeal is not responsible for transactions on external sites accessed through links provided by the Service.

The Service uses external third-party APIs to provide game information, reviews, and news. Data collected through these APIs is used solely for informational purposes, and displayed information may differ from actual data due to data refresh intervals or external service conditions.

Please verify actual information directly on the store before making any purchases. SteamDeal does not guarantee the accuracy of information displayed on the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

• No warranty is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the Service.

Copyright for game images, descriptions, and screenshots displayed on the Service belongs to the respective game developers and publishers.

Copyright for SteamDeal's own content (website design, layout, original text, etc.) belongs to SteamDeal. Unauthorized reproduction and distribution is prohibited.

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

• Service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, server failures, or network issues
• Damages due to user negligence or fault

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

SteamDeal may revise these Terms of Service as necessary within the scope permitted by applicable laws. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective from the date of posting.

Users who do not agree with the updated terms may stop using the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
