Start hardcore mode and an endless mode slot
Play with a friend endless mode and farm money and good small items.
Your friend fills his inventory with expensive items and grabs a expensive big item (like E-Scooter)
Change your Slot to hardcore mode and invite your friend. The inventory of your fried is now in hardcore mode. Buy all things, save and change mode to endless. Repeat until your victory in hardcore mode without doing one heist.
It is time consuming, but easy for all players for these two achievements
