Both VIP Items can be found in the left side of the house.
There is a TV on the right side when entering the room
And another VIP Items inside the safe on the left behind the wardrobe.

Here are 3 VIP Items
You can find 1 inside the safe in the Bedroom
And 2 in the Living room - 1 Piano and the Gaming PC on the Desk

The VIP is inside the safe in the Bedrom left side when entering the apartment
208 - McKenzie's
The VIP Item is at the 1st floor / Ground level. You can see the TV right through the window
209 - Electronic Store
1 VIP Item is the gaming PC which spawns on one of the shelfes in the salesroom.
The other Item is inside the Safe in the backroom.

1 VIP Item is inside the little room inside the safe which you can only access through the bedroom

This VIP Item (E-scooter) is easy accessable. It is located inside the garage which you can access through the backside due to an open window.

You can find the VIP Item up the stairs to the right
302 - Garage Unit's
1 VIP Item can be found inside a locker in the Garage on the right close to the Gas station
The other can be found in the Garage on the left close to the Gas station sitting on the Workbench

303 - Gas Station
The VIP Item here can be found inside the little safe in the backroom (the door is wired with an alarm so be careful)
304 - Cargo Transfer Point
You can find all 3 VIP Items inside the Barracks.
1 of them are on the right side (if you look from the cargo wagons) and 2 (+ 1 not counting) inside the left
This one is inside a locker in the right Barrack
This one is in the left barrack right when you enter the door next on the right side.
And this one is inside the Left Barrack inside a locker in the back left side of the Barrack.
*Note* THIS VIP Item does NOT count towards the 3/3 VIP Items somehow.
