Achievements
Introduction
There are currently 50 achievements that can be obtained in the game, ranging from easy to nearly impossible. Some can be obtained simply by progressing through the game, and others will require skill, strategy, and a bit of luck to pull off.

This guide will showcase how to obtain each achievement, as well as any sort of strategy I have uncovered to make obtaining these as simple as possible.

The guide is currently WIP, as we're waiting for the 1.2 update to arrive with car theft, completing the final 4 achievements. There are also 5 achievements in the "Experts" category that are also currently WIP, as I try to find easy strategies to obtain each one.
Pre-Win Achievements
This section is for the achievements that you will unlock gradually through a casual play-through. Nonetheless, strategy to make some of these easier to unlock will be detailed here as well.

Understood?

This achievement is granted for completing the tutorial. If you skipped it when opening the game, do not worry, you can replay it at any time from the main menu of the save file. Although it would be funny if you left it as your last achievement in your 100% conquest!

Whoops

This achievement requires you to die, the reason why it's the most obtained achievement to date. If you are playing single-player, know that your loot will be lost, as well as any tools currently on your person. Any tools left in the truck stay however, so if you are skilled enough to not die even once, now you know how to do it safely!

Appretince thief & Master thief

These two achievements require you to steal 25 and 100 items in a single game respectively. Although that might sound like a lot, when you manage to beat the game once, you will most likely already have stolen 100 items during that run, so do not fret over these two.

If you would like to complete these achievements more easily, you can unlock these hints
  • Try-hard method: On Rural St., you can spawn next to 107 - Garage Units. There is scaffolding on the back, and three rocks. Throwing one rock onto the camera, and the other two at the windows of garage units 2 and 3, you can easily gain access to all but one of the units. Wait for the guard to calm down, and then ransack the place. Some of the items will respawn on future days, allowing for easy mass-item retrieval with zero tools required.
  • Gradual Progression: The skill leaflets Backpacker, Strongman lvl1, and Strongman lvl2 each provide an additional item slot, allowing you to carry more loot in addition to your tools.
  • Money Solves Most Problems: The Power-lifting bench can be bought from the furniture shop, requires you to complete 10 jobs in a single game, and rewards an additional item slot for all future missions and runs, no matter if you lose or not.
  • After winning the game: Drop-off boxes can be obtained as one of the winning rewards. Unlocking these in game, allows all tools and loot dropped inside to be transported inside of your truck, cutting down on the back-and-forth between looting many houses in series.

Gimme credits, Gimme more credits! & Rich

These achievements require you to collect 1000, 5000 and 10.000 credits during a single game. If you are playing on standard difficulty, having a 25% cut, beating the game once shall award you all three achievements. However, if you are having a 15% cut, you will need to obtain an additional 2500 credits through challenges, or additional deposited loot (deposit a total value of nearly 67k dollars).

There are ways to make a 15% cut run easier to complete whilst obtaining the 10k credits required, such as with a golden card, raising your base cut by 5%.

Efficient worker & Quota master

These achievements require you to deposit 2x and 3x the required quota respectively. This is most easily achieved on the first quota, where by depositing 3k dollars you obtain both of these achievements.

Golden card

This achievement requies you to sell a golden card via the deposit box in the hideout. Golden cards can be found rarely during missions, but there are easier ways to obtain them.
  • The item request for a blue credit card and a red credit card awards a golden card.
  • The item request for a car battery and a car toolbox awards a golden card.
  • Two medium difficulty jobs in Rural St. reward a golden card.

Challenge me more! & Master challenger

These achievements require you to complete 5 and 10 challenges during a single game respectively, and can be paired up nicely with the Rich achievement on a 15% cut. Most challenges have a fail condition, re-rolling after a successful quota delivery.

Beating the game once is almost guaranteed to have earned you the Challenge me more! achievement, with the Master challenger achievement requiring more effort to pull through. Thankfully, both of these achievements get easier after winning the game, even if they can easily be achieved before such a milestone.

Delivery man

This achievement requires you to complete 5 item requests in a single game. Although there are many that can be completed easily for this, here are my personal recomendations:
  • 'Express' coffee machine
  • Old coffee machine
  • 'Red stroke' painting + 'Purple swipe' / 'Rectangles' painting
  • Cheap toaster + Cooking pot
  • Slow cooker + Gas canister
These are simply what I believe are the easiest item requests to complete, but as a general strategy, items marked by a 🔗link icon belong in a set, and should be prioritized over other non-vip items.

Timed job

This achievement requires you to complete any timed job. You unlock timed jobs at level 3 (Rural St.) or level 6 (Lakeside St.), and can access them by the phones marked on your map. Once you accept a job, you have two minutes to complete it. If you do not feel confident over an assignment, you can skip it at no penalty, and I suggest skipping the "Knock down marked person" quests, as they can often put you into more trouble than is worth.

You can complete 2 timed jobs per night, awarding 250$ + 10xp on Rural St., and 500$ + 25xp on Lakeside St. For the easiest time completing this achievement, any on Rural St. will suffice, as you need less tools overall to complete those.

Welder

This achievement requires you to open 5 locks in a single game using the Blowtorch tool. Although this is an expensive tool costing 500 credits, its utility is unmatched, and I have a feeling you will not have a problem completing this achievement once you get your hands on this tool. Use it to open up most locks and safes with ease. Just keep in mind the noise!

Completionist

This achievement requires you to fully complete a house, including looting all items inside and completing all job requests, and claim the reward in your PC.

The easiest house to achieve this on I believe is on Rural St. 102 - Kate's. She is always unarmed, her pattern simple to predict (tenants can only change location on the hour mark, so keep that in mind), only has 20 items needed to loot, and a single Easy job posted. Go ahead, empty her house, and claim your reward and this achievement!

Victory

This achievement requires you to win the game in the Standard game mode (25% cut). You will need to deposit a total of 50k dollars worth of items.
Post-Win Achievements
Some achievements are simply impossible to complete without first beating the game at least once, relying on permanent upgrades obtained for winning the game. Needless to say, this is spoiler territory for those who have not beaten the game at least once.

Big delivery

This achievement requires you to unlock the drop-off boxes and use them to send 5 items at the same time to your truck. They can be found all throughout all the maps, and must be purchased individually, costing 250 credits on Rural St. / Texas train station Heist, and 500 credits on Lakeside St.

These 5 items need to be placed inside a box at the same time, making smaller items that can be picked up en mass are ideal, however big items also count. In addition, if you need to do a risky play and do not want to risk your tools, you can send them off as well using this method!

Voucher machine, I can do that now? & Master criminal

The latter two achievements require you to unlock one and four abilities respectively. You will need to purchase the voucher machine from the shop for 3000 credits, awarding you the first achievement.

During the game, additional challenges will appear for you to complete, with some being easier to complete on lower quota levels. Using the rewarded voucher on the machine will grand you one random ability, requiring a minimum of 4 to obtain them all. These abilities can be used once per game, but stay unlocked after a loss / win.

Crossbow owner & Magic dart

The first achievement requires you to simply purchase the Crossbow, and the latter achievement requires you to shoot a hacking dart on a panel, disabling it from a distance. I recommend doing this on the Texas train station Heist in conjunction with the Hard job of disabling three alarms in one night, using a Remote hack tool for the two side buildings, and the dart for the central building. The easy option however, is using this dart on any keypad at point-blank range.

These achievements will cost you a total of 2600 credits, 2500 for the crossbow itself and a further 100 for the hacking arrow. The crossbow stays however, and is a very valuable tool for getting out of messy situations with sleep darts, or even for completing with remarkable ease the "Knock down marked person" timed jobs.
Skilled Achievements
These are achievements that require a bit of effort to pull through, and might not be completed by the end of your first win.

Honest work & Employement

Honest work requires you to complete three jobs in a single night, whereas Employment requires you to complete 10 jobs during a single game. Both of these achievements are easier to complete with a bit of game experience, which is why I recommend trying them out after beating the game once, and having gained some knowledge of how to best get inside each house, both in Rural Street and Lakeside Street.

Honest work is easiest to complete by selecting three of the Easy jobs, and focusing those at the same time. As for Employment, you will need to complete a few Medium jobs, which requires a few good tools and knowledge of the Lakeside Street, but both of these are certainly possible to be completed, so do not give up!

Upgrades?!

This achievement requires you to use any upgrade module on any tool (drone, remote hack tool, scanner). The difficulty of this achievement is a combination of the cost of the aforementioned tools, the difficulty of finding and obtaining an upgrade module, as well as having the required skills. You will need to have Advanced Electronics (lvl 2) to be able to use said modules.

Although the requirements are based on a variety of skill and luck, the achievement itself is easy to complete, and is only a matter of time till you get all three and obtain this.

Interrogator

In a similar manner to the Upgrades?! achievement, you will require the Interrogator skill, in addition to zip ties. You can unlock zip ties by winning the game and purchasing them from the shop for 250 credits.

For the easiest time completing this achievement once you obtain zip ties and the required skill, I recommend having someone slip on a banana, and tying them up. After they wake up, you can interrogate them to unlock this achievement!

School time

This achievement requires you to learn 10 skills, meaning you are required to be at least level 10 for 10 total skill points, and find 10 different skill leaflets for use.

Regarding levels:
  • You obtain a significant amount for completing quotas.
  • I recommend completing timed objectives for an extra surge of XP.
  • The "Bookstand" furniture boosts XP gain by 10%.
  • The skill "Reader" boosts XP gain by 10%.
If you have obtained a significant amount of levels and skill leaflets, but your variety is not enough to unlock 10 skills, you can buy random skill leaflets for 500 credits (1st level) and 1000 credits (2nd - 3rd level). You run the risk of buying a skill leaflet you already own / have read, but in moments of need, the option exists.

Policeman hunter

This achievement requires you to take out a police officer. Although this might sound difficult, you can actually obtain this much sooner than otherwise expected. After robbing a neighborhood and getting a significant number of police calls without being caught, the neighborhood might go on alert, and have a police officer patrolling it. His path is easy to read, allowing you to place a banana on his way, and wait for your achievement to pop up afterwards!

Rewards & Rewards 2

These achievements require you to unlock 10 and 20 world-level rewards by playing the game. You can obtain multiple levels during each win / loss, getting harder the more rewards you have already unlocked. Obtaining 20 of the 25 total rewards will award you both of these achievements. Simply by playing the game you will eventually unlock both of them.

I'm the VIP

This achievement requires you to steal 5 VIP items during a single game. It will require a fair amounnt of knowledge over where each VIP item resides in, as well as how to break in and obtain said item, 5 total times. You will be glad to know that VIP items are in the same place each time, but only some spawn each night, and even if you get caught during the night, it still counts as you having stolen said VIP items.

To mitigate not knowing which VIP items have been spawned in, you can use a Scanner with the VIP Items upgrade module to scout the area beforehand. This is especially useful in the Lakeside St., where there are a lot more places for VIP items to spawn in contrast to Rural St.
Expert Achievements [WIP]
These achievements require some strategy and game experience to pull off, but hunting for them is certainly possible and more than doable enough, so do not be dissuaded by the title of this category, you can absolutely achieve these!

Money Achievements
These are achievements that require a lot of money to pull through, in addition to having unlocked certain post-game upgrades. Having a higher cut percentage helps obtain the required credits, and permanent upgrades / gold cards will make your credit hunting easier. In the end, these achievements only require time and patience to be completed, as well as a ton of credits!

Drone owner

This achievement requires you to purchase the Duocopter Drone for 2.000 credits. You do not need to use it, simply purchase it.

John Cena

This achievement requires you to purchase the Invisibility Tool for 10.000 credits. You do not need to use it, simply purchase it.

The invisibility effect lasts a while, making it ideal for sneaking in, going through laser alarms, or even escaping. Do mind the cool-down period however!

Hitman

This achievement requires you to unlock and purchase the Silenced Pistol for 25.000 credits. You do not need to shoot or use it, simply purchase it. Winning two games on 25% quota gains you enough credits to buy this weapon, although it is recommended to have a Golden Card to reduce shop prices beforehand.

Purchasing ammunition for 2.500 credits and shooting someone will have them stay unconscious for the entire night.
Hideout Achievements
These are achievements requiring some form of furniture purchase and / or use. They require some credits to pull off, but with time that will not be a problem, as once purchased, are considered permanent upgrades and do not reset on a win / loss.

Keeping it shiny

This achievement requires you to purchase the Repair Workbench for 5.000 credits, and use it to repair loot worth over 500$. The simplest way to achieve this is to repair a VIP item.

You can use the repair workbench to mass repair loot and tools, simply by placing multiple objects on top before doing the repair mini-game. The repair cost for each object is determined by a fraction of the base value, cut further down by how damaged the tool / loot is. For example, zip ties have a base cost of 250 credits, cut to a fraction (20%) dropping the cost to 50 credits. If the item is only half used, this gets dropped further to 25 credits. The numbers are not exact, but this formula is a good indicator of how much you can expect to pay for a full repair, and even if the final cost varies, repairing tools is always worth more than purchasing new ones!

I can grow weed now?

This achievement requires you to purchase the Weed-growing rack for 5.000 credits. You do not need to use it to obtain this achievement.

Making use of it however is highly advisable. You will require the Weed Keeper skill and bags of weed seeds, the base value of which is 50$. You can grow one of these bags each day into a bag of weed, with base value of 500$.

Furnished base

This achievement requires you to purchase 10 pieces of furniture for your base. The cheapest way to achieve this is by purchasing 4 plants and 6 chests / shelves, for a total cost of 800 credits. However, you will require many other furniture in the future regardless, which boost various stats, so my personal recommendation is to let this achievement sit in the background, and as you purchase furniture which gives permanent boosts, such as the beds or the work-out stations, you will gradually get closer to achiving this without worrying over it.
Zero-Day Achievements
These are some of the hardest achievements to complete in this game, some for technical reasons, and some for the sheer amount of grind required. I have bundled them in a single package, with a strategy that will complete all three by the end of it, in a simple and easy fascion.

Hoarder, Delivery of a lifetime & Cautious

First off, lets start with the requirements for each of these achievements:
  • Hoarder requires you to have 25.000$ worth of loot in your base.
  • Delivery of a lifetime requires you to send off each and every item request during a single game.
  • Cautious requires you to win the game with a maximum of 3 police calls.
The issue with Hoarder is the amount of grinding required, but is otherwise possible, and the same with Delivery of a lifetime. The cautious achievement however is nearly impossible, for even if you play it carefully, never being seen or heard, and always re-locking doors behind you, tenants can still notice that their items are missing and call the police. This is why we will be implementing what I call the Zero-Day strategy, which will complete all three achievements the easy way.

After a loss, all your tools and loot get reset, removed from the hideout. However, after a win, you get to keep all tools and loot found previously. This strategy requires many consecutive wins to be achieved. During said wins, you will be hunting and collecting each item on the item requests page, but not sending them in. If you decide to collect an item request reward, make sure you have duplicates of it. The goal is to be able to complete each item request after winning a run.

Collecting and storing so much loot is certain to award you the Hoarder achievement.

After many consecutive runs, when you start a new run and can complete all item requests, you are ready to collect your hard earned reward. You will need to complete the following item requests in order, making sure to deliver said quota after each step, advancing to the next one without ever going in a mission.

1st quota - 1.000$
  • Credit card + Red credit card
  • Car battery + Car toolbox
These award a golden card each. After selling them, you will be able to complete the first quota.

2nd quota - 2.500$
  • Brand new budget PC + Brand new LED monitor

3rd quota - 4.000$
  • GameStation + 'GameStation' game pad
  • 'BigBox' game console + 'BigBox' game pad
  • Amateur 4k camera + Analog camera 'RetroSnap'

4th quota - 5.500$
  • 'Astar' budget smartphone + 'Q' smartphone + 'Nokke' smartphone
  • DVD drive + 2TB hard drive
  • 'Magic sketcher' children's toy + 'Robot teacher' children's toy
  • Home audio system + Home router
  • Black wall clock + Blue wall clock + White wall clock
  • Leather wallet + Loaded leather wallet
  • Slow cooker + Gas canister

5th quota - 7.000$
  • 'Astar' tablet + 'Nokke' tablet
  • Brand new GPU 'CR-2050' + Brand new motherboard 'NX-790' + Brand new PSU 'C-1200X'
  • Gaming Keyboard + Gaming Monitor + Gaming Mouse
  • Office computer + Computer Monitor + Computer Keyboard
  • Generator + Bench grinder
  • Shaver + Red Shaver

6th quota - 8.500$
  • Vintage radio 'Valve' + Vintage 80's TV
  • Old coffee machine
  • Electric kettle + Blender
  • 'Classico' Rusty car wheel + 'TurboTread' Car wheel
  • 'Purple swipe' painting + 'Red stroke' painting
  • 'Brick red & white' abstract painting + 'Green & blue shapes' painting
  • Abstract painting of nothing + 'Abstraction' painting
  • 'Red stroke' painting + 'Rectangles' painting
  • Blue vase + Colorful vase + Golden vase

7th quota - 10.000$
  • 'Eerie forest' painting + 'Yellow autumn' painting
  • 'Juniper' gin + 'American Oak' whiskey + 'Old Ballantruan' scotch whiskey
  • 'Caste' wine + 'Robert' wine + 'Creek' wine
This quota also requires 8.000$ more in loot. My personal recommendation is sending 4 unlocked Gaming PCs, as it's an item easily received and in multiple locations, but any amount of loot collected that equates to 8.000$ is sufficient to pass this quota.

8th quota - 11.500$
  • Military crate + Military server
  • 'Express' coffee machine
  • Cheap toster + Cooking pot
Before completing this quota and winning the game, make sure you have collected all item requests, completing the Delivery of a lifetime achievement. Upon completing this final quota, you will be awarded with the Cautious achievement!

This is called the Zero-Day strategy because time only passes during missions, and since we never go on a mission once everything is set up, no time passes.
