How it works?
Skills are your ticket to becoming a smarter, faster, and more efficient criminal. From picking locks to hacking electronic panels or carrying more loot, skills define how you play and what you're capable of.

You can check your current skills on the Computer in your Truck.

To unlock new skills, you'll need to level up by completing jobs and assignments. Each level grants you a skill point, but spending it requires a bit of effort.

You must find and use a Skill Leaflet - a collectible item scattered throughout the world. Look for them in houses, buildings, and other sneaky places during your heists. Some special boxes may also reward you with a random leaflet inside.
List of Skills
To unlock a skill, you’ll need:
  • A Skill Point (earned by leveling up)
  • The corresponding Skill Leaflet (found during jobs or purchased from the Truck Store)

Some skills come in multiple tiers – like Agility #1, Agility #2, and so on. You must unlock the lower level first before accessing the next one. For example, Agility #2 cannot be learned until Agility #1 is unlocked.

Choose wisely - each skill point is valuable, and the right upgrades can make or break your next heist.

🔓 Basic Lockpicking
  • Unlock basic locks with a Lockpick Set

🔓 Advanced Lockpicking
  • Unlock advanced locks with a Bobby pin

🔓 Master Lockpicking
Gives access to the most advanced mechanical locks in the game.

💻 Basic Electronics
  • Break into simple keypads and security panels
  • Unlocks hacking tools

💻 Advanced Electronics
  • Let's you disable advanced security systems and electronic devices.
  • Break into advanced keypads
  • 50% chance to unlock locked electronics by picking
  • Install upgrade modules
  • Disable window shutters by hand

🏃 Agility Level 1
  • Run faster
  • Crouched move speed increased
  • Climb vines on fences

🏃 Agility Level 2
  • Run faster
  • Stamina increased
  • Quiet opening speed increased

🏃 Agility Level 3
  • Jump over high fences
  • Crouched move speed increased
  • Quiet opening speed increased
  • Stamina increased

🎒 Backpacker
  • Additional item slot

💪 Strongman Level 1
  • Additional item slot
  • Carry heavier items
  • Increased throw force
  • Increased attack damage

💪 Strongman Level 2
  • Additional item slot
  • Increased throw force
  • Increased attack damage

🎯 Perception Level 1
  • Increased NPC detection range by 3m
  • Increased NPC highlight time by 10s
  • View NPC routines

🎯 Perception Level 2
  • Increased NPC detection range by 3m

🎯 Perception Level 3
  • Increased NPC highlight time by 10s
  • Detect nearby cameras automatically
  • Detect alarms on doors and windows
  • Loot value is uncovered
  • Increased NPC detection range by 3m
