You need get the Socialite's Gloves before doing that, which you can get from Red Buddha Valley . This item allows you drop money from mobs.
1. Go to the Frostscale Drakonid.
2. Hit him as hard as you can for as long as possible.
3. Do not kill him!!
4. If you kill him, you have to spend 10 broken bones, to summon him again.
5. Let yourself die at the end, boss will respawn for free, you only can make gold from him, not loot.
6. Respawn and repeat.
