The Fix
Normally I dont trust any placebo commands you find online. HOWEVER please for the first time in like forever, this fix ACTUALLY WORKS.

I have a RTX 5090 / 9800X3D System.
Prior to the fix, my fps would hover around 200FPS~ for the first minute or so of gameplay. The game would then freeze for a good 10-20 seconds and then resume. Once resumed the FPS would plummet in and out into the low 20's. Fps would fluctuate from 200 to 20 fps every couple seconds in a very inconsistent and aggregative manner. Rebooting the game would fix the issue only to be met with the exact same problem after a couple minutes of gameplay.

THE FIX -->

Step 1: Go to
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Alabama\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini

Step 2: Paste this at the bottom

[SystemSettings]
D3D12.PSO.DriverOptimizedDiskCache=1

DONE!!!

TIP! --> Leave a space between the last line and the system settings command you will paste. Your engine.ini should look something like this all the way at the bottom

XXXXXXXX

[SystemSettings]
D3D12.PSO.DriverOptimizedDiskCache=1
