Starting of from your Home Farm, You will find your way on the back of your fields to a small shed between Field 4 & 5. In here you can find your First Collectible.

For the Second Collectible you'll want to go to the Playground Maker Hall.
By Entering this building you'll need to go to the back of the building and go down the stairs on the left side.
At the bottom of the stairs you'll need to look slightly to the right and you'll see a table with a Green Lantern. The Green Lantern is your Collectible.
