V1.6 All Topic / Audience Combinations

This is a pretty complex game. It takes more than a couple data tables to achieve an easy victory. Still, the game clearly intended that you use your intuition (or guess), and then generate a game report to see what worked well and what didn't - slowly piecing together the data in this table.

That said, people enjoy games in different ways. Some do several quick playthroughs to learn on their own, some prefer to do research on the side and be methodical. Sometimes I wonder if I would enjoy myself more doing the former, but I can't help it, I'm an upfront-research min/max kind of gamer.

If it makes you feel any better, real-world game developers probably do research too rather than trial-and-error :)

I combined the old topic / audience combinations guide with the new data from the wiki and threw it into Excel.

DISCLAIMER: My understanding is that many of the *existing* values were tweaked between 1.4 and 1.6. Since my source (the wiki) did not update the existing topics, just added a page with new topics, some of the values from the original topics may no longer be correct!

* Since 1.4, some missions can modify the values of this table. Topics that can be modified are marked with a * and display the default values only. (Source: Raw Data for Review Algorithm[gamedevtycoon.wikia.com])
** As per the disclaimer, some values may be out of date. Apparently there's a mode called "Hints" that will unlock all in-game hints you get from reports immediately, so if it matters to you, maybe give that a shot. I'm happy to make updates if anyone can has updated raw data and can provide it in the comments.
