Aquatic Fun Center - Chapter 4
This achievement is located in chapter 4 when you get to the Aquatic Center...
All you need to do is, when Scarlet gives you the coupon to go get the tickets, you just have to wait in the line instead of cutting to the front...
It doesn't even take long....probably around 30 seconds...
