Amazon Arcade Ties

The first tie is located above the fish toss game. To get to it, climb on top of the Wack-an-Eel Game and make your way over to the tie. Pretty simple for this

The second tie is located inside the claw machine, under a crocodile. You can use the claw, or you could climb inside the claw machine. It doesn't really matter.

You will have to complete some games for this one, you must complete every arcade game in the arcade. Once you complete the your final game, a tie will drop out along with your prize!
