The Rules
My friends, Door Kickers 2 is a game (*GASP*) with many gear pieces to pick, with dozens of guns and equipment across 7 total classes and 3 different factions to play as, most of those guns having options for sights and ammo types, which drastically alter the gun in some cases.
I will rank the guns based on my personal experience with them, no guarantees that this is gonna be unbiased. Usual S-A-B-C-D-E Tier List format. Each gun is in no particular order.

S Tier
The best of the best, the guns that excel in their roles.
Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
A whisper-quiet SMG that makes me nut in my trousers everytime it shoots, and it's just a damn good choice for CQB maps, hostage situations, and noisy neighbours.
PROS:
>OH MY GOD I WANT TO F**K THIS GUN.
>2.5m sound radius with subsonics (if you use any other ammo type, you enjoy dallying with gentlemen)
>Very nimble and short, deals with doorways ok.
>Engages targets quickly.
CONS:
>Kinda slow reload, that can leave you open.
>You'll waste plenty of shots on QRF and other armored threats...
>Lackluster range (duh).
MK18 CQBR
Close-Quarters-Battle-Receiver. 5.56x45. No hiccups. An MP5 with more range and accuracy, in terms of what it does.
PROS:
>Short length.
>Quick engagement speed and reloads.
>Deals with armored threats decently.
>Retains decent range, even takes LPVO's.
CONS:
>It's not an MP5.
>Has no subsonic ammo (though the enemy confusion is nice too).
>Questionable efficiency past 30m.
FN MK17 CQC
deafness any% speedrun
PROS:
>Great crit chance.
>Maneuvers wonderfully indoors.
CONS:
>NO SUBSONIC AMMO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
>Only 20 rounds
SIG SAUER MCX RSAR
This thing takes the previous guns and combines them. .300BLK SBR with pretty good range.
PROS:
>5m sound radius with subsonics.
>Smaller than my chances of getting a proper job in today's economy...
>Takes LPVO's, which opens up many possibilities.
>Good penetration.
CONS:
>CIA exclusive gun
>VERY expensive, at a whopping 10 stars!
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
F**K P90, ALL MY HOMIES HATE THE P90
PROS:
>Pretty much the smallest primary in-game.
>Has subsonic 4.6 ammo.
>High concealment.
CONS:
>CIA-exclusive (though Rangers aren't usually seen with MP7's irl).
>Inconsistent past 15m.
Izhmash AKS-74u
Krinkov my beloved
PROS:
>Very concealable, since AKS-74u's are common among insurgents.
>Short.
>Subsonics help a bunch.
>Range and accuracy are fine without PK-AS, but with it, it becomes a lot more versatile.
CONS:
>CIA exclusive, Nowheraki SWAT could use this.
>Without a PK-AS, your mid-range ability is limited somewhat
Brugger & Thommet APC9 K
MP5's, but for the Nowheraki SWAT teams instead. Suppressor recommended.
PROS:
>Ultra quiet when suppressed.
>Has subsonics (YIPPEEEEEEEE).
>Fast fire-rate.
>Nimble and short.
CONS:
>Poor range, mid af accuracy frfr
>Nowheraki SWAT exclusive.

>CQB is easy af.
>Good range.
>You can mount a Holo.
CONS:
>No subby-wubby ammo-y's :d
>Slow reload

A Tier
Perfectly versatile guns, but they lack enough specialization for S-Tier.
Colt M4A1
Standard 14.5 incher with overall balanced statistics. Very good option for holding long angles while the SBR's handle the rooms.
PROS:
>Takes a variety of optics (LPVO's as well).
>Reliable in all engagement situations.
>Short enough to handle smaller maps.
CONS:
>No subsonic ammo...
>Suppressing this gun makes it as long as a M16A4, which is less than ideal...
>There's no advantage you really get, bringing this over the MK18 for CQB.
M4 URGI Carbine
Take an M4 and give it the M-LOK treatment, that's it.
PROS:
>Better accuracy than the standard variant, works amazingly with LPVO's.
>Takes suppressors, so it makes for a nice little stealthy pocket DMR. No subsonics, however.
CONS:
>The second most expensive item in the entire game, for some reason, sitting at 20 STARS!
>Not the best pick for room clearing due to it's slower fire-rate
Alpha AK-105
AK with Zenit-Co furniture. Hell yeah.
PROS:
>Has a good amount of optics to choose.
>Mid-length barrel.
>It's an AK (Brandon Herrera likes it).

LIVE BRANDON REACTION
CONS:
>No subsonics...
>Kinda bad concealment.
>Speaking of which, it's CIA exclusive.
FN MK17
A 7.62x51 NATO rifle that is best used as a pseudo-sniper in bigger maps. Adequate elsewhere.
PROS:
>Great range, when compared to other options.
>It shares armor penetration stats with the 5.56 rifles, but has a very high crit rate all around.
>Mid-length barrel.
CONS:
>VERY F***ING LOUD (and no subsonics, but that is realistic).
>20 round-mag, frequent reloading with this one...
Heckler & Koch MP5k PDW
MP5 but even shorter. Fits in your trenchcoat!
PROS:
>Really concealable.
>Quiet with subsonics.
CONS:
>Loses some range compared to full-length guns.
>Very weak against armored tangos...

B Tier
Guns that are usable. They are mostly picked when a specific situation calls for it, and it performs well when it IS picked.
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
Sliding stock is bae
PROS:
>Smol
>Nimble
>More accurate than the SD variant at longer ranges
CONS:
>Can't be suppressed with the Rangers, where it would be very useful
>Slow reload
Heckler & Koch MP5k (sidearm)
MP5k PDW, with no stock at all.
PROS:
>Even shorter than usual
>Even quicker on-target
>Concealable as a phone
CONS:
>Massive range loss
Colt M16A4
"The M16A2 A4 service rifle is a lightweight air-cooled, gas-operated, magazine-fed shoulder weapon. It fires a 5.56 mm ball projectile at a muzzle velocity of 2,800 feet per second. This is my rifle. Repeat after me." -Jarhead
PROS:
>Excellent pick for open maps with it's accuracy
>Bearable elsewhere
CONS:
>Frequently bumps into stuff
>Heavy
Benelli M4 Shotgun (M1014)
Something for the end of the night... Big, bold.
PROS:
>12g semi-auto, what else is there to say
>Passable range for a videogame shotgun
CONS:
>Long af
>Mobility leaves a bit to be desired
>Exhorbitant price, at 8 stars.

C Tier
Mid guns, mostly picked for lack of other unlocks, or a very, VERY specific situation calls for it.
M500 MEK
Pump-action with a sight rail. I THINK it may be a Mossberg model, I dunno.
PROS:

>Nowheraki SWAT exclusive
Izhmash AKM
The most widely produced (and copied) gun in the world.
PROS:
>Standard barrel length, perfectly balanced
>Available from the start
CONS:
>Not many sight options
>Lacks ammo choice or a suppressor (PBS-4 when)
FN FAL
7.62x51 NATO battle rifle that is superior to the M14 in every feasible way, but the U.S still turned it down because old men shouldn't be running nations; they should be rotting away in their houses.
PROS:
>Very good range
>Serves poorly as a pseudo-DMR, but it's viable.
CONS:
>Very long
>Very heavy
>Recoil is too hard hitting for the betas
>Exclusive to the Nowheraki's Militia class.
