It’s very important that you wait until the 2nd stage of this robbery, when the mother is yelling at her 4 sons, and then kill only her 4 sons and incapacitate the mother in order to get this document later in the 3rd stage.

• Antique Watch — “Money Lending and Other Sins II”, from the Polish guy named Wrobel, you have to open the drawer with the watch, take other things until debt is paid, then run away a bit to the point where Wrobel is despawned, then come back and get it

• Carolina Parakeet — There are only 25 in the game. So make sure you track and study before killing them all. Available all the way from Chapter 2 to the Epilogues.
