Playing Time Happiness Tricks

If you’re struggling to keep your star players happy with their playing time, here’s a cheeky little trick that lets you change their agreed playing time without upsetting them.

1. Transfer list the player
   Right-click the player you want to modify and go:
   Transfer → Set Transfer Status → Transfer List
   
   
2. Change the agreed playing time
   Go to:
   Squad → Agreed Playing Time
   Then change it to whatever level you want (Star Player, Regular Starter, Impact Sub, etc.)
   
   
3. Remove from transfer list
   Go back to:
   Transfer → Set Transfer Status → None

By doing this, you trick the system into accepting your new agreed playing time without the player getting unhappy for being “downgraded.”
No warnings, no moaning, no “lacking play time” complaints.


You signed a fantastic player as a “Regular Starter,” but now your new signing pushed your old general out.
Normally, reducing his role makes him angry.
With this exploit , you simply relist, change his time, unlist, and he’s cool with it.
