Warning: Nothing in this guide was actually translated by any means, more so sought out by experimentation and experience.

In the guide so far, the mistranslations included are:
  • Improved Thrusting Counter-Attacks
  • Armaments inflict blood loss when HP is low
  • *Defeating Group Fires _______
  • Dmg Negation Up while Charging Attacks
  • Attack Up when Wielding Two Armaments
  • [Wylder] Art gauge greatly filled when ability activated

If you know of any that either aren't included, or are included but could be improved upon please leave a comment and I'll do my best to look it over.
Improved Thrusting Counter-Attacks
When you see armaments with the passive that improves thrusting counter-attacks, it really means something more along the lines of improved damage with pierce weapons against enemies during their attack animations.

It seems they used "thrusting" as a synonym for piercing, and counter-attacks roughly meant "while attacking". Therefor, improved thrusting counter-attacks becomes something akin to:

Improved pierce damage while enemy is in attack animation.
Armaments inflict blood loss when HP is low
This passive is honestly almost 100% wrong. While I haven't actually looked into if you do more blood loss at low HP, what the actual passive does is add a blood grease to your weapon whenever you critically hit an enemy. So it really is:

Weapon gets blood grease on critical hit.
*Defeating Group Fires [Golden Shockwave]
Now it doesn't really need to be Golden Shockwave, but that's all I've really tested so far. It's a bit confusing because I believe what this passive really means it already said plainly in the game, but it roughly translates to:

Successive attacks produce a [Golden Shockwave]

It apparently only takes 3-5 hits on average for this to fire, and it also works on bosses so it really has nothing to do with defeating an enemy. It's also been tested and works with Ironeye's mark so it might work with other characters abilities and arts.

*Although

Many people do report it working as intended, firing the presented effect upon defeating a group of 2-3 enemies, so either a bug is at play that causes the effect to work on attacks instead of kills and the translation is correct (and the guide will then be changed), or it's just even more complicated then assumed. Classic fromSoft.
Dmg Negation Up while Charging Attacks
This one actually only gives you the damage negation passive after you land a charged attack. Therefor it becomes:

Damage negation after successfully landing a charged attack

The damage negation will last for about 10 seconds. It won't stack with itself but it will reset the duration.

But...

Don't get it confused with the passive: Dmg Negation Up While Casting Spells actually does only give you damage negation while actively casting spells (with a very short window after)
Attack Up when Wielding Two Armaments
This isn't really as mistranslated as it is just a tad misleading. Not only does this only activate when you have two of the same type of weapon is both hands, but it only activates when you use the special L1 attack that swings both weapons together.

Attack up when Attacking with Dual Armaments
[Wylder] Art gauge greatly filled when ability activated
This one isn't really wrong per say, just too generalized. It doesn't mean the grappling hook ability, it means the sixth sense passive ability.

[Wylder] Art gauge greatly filled when sixth sense is activated
