I'll be structuring the guide in this manner.

(Traditions will be numbered, from left to right, top to bottom. M will be used to indicate the mastery for this tradition, EX Tradition 2M will be the second tradition's mastery. -Passive- and -Policy- Will be used to signify if something is a passive ability or a policy that needs to be slotted into your government.)

-Adds Railyard Unique building.
-Policy- +2 influence in settlements for every resource assigned to them.

Tradition 2M
-Passive- +2 Production on Resources.
-Passive- +1 settlement limit.

Tradition 3
-Passive- Units receive +3 combat strength for having more then one adjacent enemy unit.
-Unlocks Statue of liberty wonder, +6 happiness, spawns 4 migrants, must be placed on coast adjacent to land.

Tradition 3M
-Passive- +25% production when training military units when fighting a war in which your war support is higher then your opponent.
-Policy- +25 gold and +5 influence for every trade route.

Tradition 1
-Adds Kabaka's Lake unique improvement.
-Passive- +2 culture and food on lakes and navigable rivers.

Tradition 1M
-Passive- +1 movement for embarked units.
-Policy- +3 happiness in settlements for each friendly settlement within 6 tiles.
-Unlocks Muzibu Azaala Mpanga Wonder, +4 food. +2 food on all lake tiles, +2 culture and happiness on lake tiles in this settlement, must be place adjacent to a lake.

Tradition 2
-Passive- +50% yields and healing from pillaging buildings.

Tradition 2M
-Passive- Pillaging grants experience to friendly commander when within their command radius.
-Policy- +6 Combat strength when units are adjacent to a lake.

Tradition 3
-Passive- +1 culture and happiness on quarters adjacent to lakes and navigable rivers.

Tradition 3M
-Passive- Settlements adjacent to lakes gain +1 population.
-Policy- All buildings gain adjacency from lakes.

-Policy- Constructing a building grants culture equal to 25% of it's production cost.

-Passive- +2 culture on happiness buildings and wonders.

Tradition 2
-Adds Jardin a la Francaise unique building.
-Policy- When you defeat an enemy unit, gain culture equal to 25% of it's combat strength.

Tradition 2M
-Passive- +2 happiness on military buildings and wonders.
-Passive- +1 settlement limit.

Tradition 3
-Passive- Commanders immediately gain a promotion, new commanders start with a promotion.

Tradition 3M
-Passive- +2 combat strength for each adjacent friendly military unit.
-Policy- Infantry units gain the swift ability, allowing them to ignore zone of control.

-Passive- +2 culture for every social policy slotted in the government.
-Unlock Eiffel tower wonder. +5 culture, +2 culture and happiness on quarters in this city. Must be placed adjacent to a district.

-Adds Jukogyo unique building.
-Passive- +50% production towards constructing military and production buildings.
-Policy- when you train an aircraft or naval unit, receive science equal to 25% of it's production cost.
-Unlocks Dogo Onsen wonder. +4 happiness, this settlement gain a population every time you enter a celebration, must be placed adjacent to coast.

Tradition 2
-Adds Ginko unique building.
-Passive- +50% production towards construing science buildings.
-Policy- +1 production and science from specialists.

Tradition 3
-Passive- +25% production towards training naval and aircraft units.
-Policy- Military buildings receive a production adjacency from coast.

Tradition 4
-Passive- +3 combat strength for units on or adjacent to coast.
-Policy- +6 combat strength for aircraft attacking an enemy unit engaged by a naval unit.

-Passive- Unlock an additional celebration effect, +30% science for 10 turns.
-Policy- +1 science in cities for every tradition slotted into the government.

Tradition 3
-Passive- Unlock an additional celebration effect, +40% production towards training military units for 10 turns.
-Policy- +1 combat strength for land and navel units in friendly territory for every tradition slotted into the government.

-Passive- Unlock an additional celebration effect, +50% influence towards initiating all diplomatic action for 10 turn.
-Policy- +1 culture in towns for every tradition slotted into the government.

-Policy- +2 gold on quarters with walls.
-Passive- +1 settlement limit.

Tradition 3
-Passive- +25% gold towards purchasing infantry units.
-Policy- +3 combat strength for all units
-Unlock Red Fort wonder. +4 gold, acts as a fortified district that must be conquered, +50 HP to this tile and all city centers, musts be adjacent to a district.

-Passive- You can purchase Wonders with gold.
-Policy- +25% gold towards purchasing anything.

-Passive- +25% trade yield in cities connected with the Staatseisenbahn
-Policy- +10% culture in cities not founded by you.

Tradition 3
-Policy- +10% production in all cities while at war.
-Unlock Brandenburg Gate Wonder, +6 production, this settlement suffers no happiness penalties from war weariness, +5 happiness in conquered settlements, must be placed adjacent to a district.
-Passive- +25% relationship change from diplomatic actions.

Tradition 4
-Passive- Cavalry units gain the skirmish ability, +50% combat strength from flanking.
-Policy- +3 combat strength for units within the command radius of a commander with a commendation.

-Unlocks Chengde Mountain Resort wonder, +6 gold, +5% culture for every civilization with which you have a trade route, must be placed adjacent to a mountain.

-Unlocks Hermitage wonder. +4 culture, +10% culture in cities that have a great work on display, has 3 artifact slots, must be placed on tundra.

Tradition 2M
-Passive- +1 culture on districts in cities in tundra.
-Policy- +15% science and -15% culture in cities.
-Passive- +1 settlement limit.

Tradition 3
-Passive- Your units are immune to damage from blizzards, enemy units in your territory take double damage from blizzards.
-Policy- +5 combat strength for units in Tundra

-Passive- +1% total culture for every city. or +2% if the city is in Tundra.
