Tweaks to reduce fps drops and improve peformance

Modding or ConfigurationEnglish
GPU
- Start by making sure drivers and chipsets get clean installs when updating. USE DDU or REVO uninstaller.
- Avoid the use of variable refresh rate( free-sync/g-sync), vsync or any gpu specialty settings like Anti lag or AFMF first. As they increase input delay and can cause stutters.
- If you really need vsync and cant stand the tearing, use the Basic one (ingame is also fine, just slightly slower) from your gpu settings from your GPU software . AMD will say "wait for vertical sync" and choose Always on and for nvidia vertical sync ON
Operating system
- Disabling Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator,
You will find it going to Device manager>software devices> right click Device Association Root Enumerator, and click disable. - Turning off memory integrity

- Disabling GAMEBAR
https://www.xda-developers.com/how-disable-xbox-game-bar-windows/
I recommend not uninstalling it, as when you do you may start seeing errors since some games and apps need some of its features as well as x3d chip cache. Just disable it.
steam & In-game
- Make sure shader compiling/warming is activated in game.
You can force shader warming's by deleting the shader.2cache in your games directory. Its possible they can get corrupted and its better to refresh rather than uninstalling your gpu driver or waiting for an update. - Reseting shader cache
First thing make sure all mods are uninstalled from fluffy manager etc
Make sure gpu has a clean up and your OS is updated.
Now go in to steam>library>right click sf6>properties>installed files>browse
From there locate and delete : shader.cache2 and config file
Now verify integrity of game files, and let that complete from the same menu where you found "browse..."
reset pc
load game, shaders should try to load, mess around in training mode or casuals to load more shaders. reset game and see if things are stabile. GL. - Try Turning off input delay reduction in game.
There is a warning that describes these very issues so turn it off to test. Test and actually compare if you see an input response improvement, other than that turn it off because it has a chance of increasing stutters and rollback frames. (read its own disclaimer!) - Try lowering server browser ping/minute
I've noticed by lowering this setting I get less of those wierd stutters/freezes while waiting for matches in training mode. You can choose and test what ever parameter you like. Im still testing whats best my self.
Final thoughts
Thats all for now. You can let me know what actually worked for you. I would say try one thing at a time and be sure to reset your pc after doing so to see if there are results.
if you're still having trouble, there is nothing much else for we can do but wait for capcom to address and fix these issues. If you think your pc is having issues in general be sure to run diagnostics tools and search for guides to help you find a solution.
Good luck to everyone!
