How
There's 3 tasks to do to achieve this:
1.You must complete all barman's task.
2.After you get the sewer key(you will get it as the main quest progress), you need to get to the sewer of swamp, and meet a dude in the right-bottom of the sewer, completing all tasks for him.
3.As the main quest progress(barman quest line), you will need to raid the purple men's headquarter. At the end of the headquarter expedition, you will meet a giant purple ballz. DONT select any option, just type "stalker".
After all tasks above are done, you can unlock a vendor at the entrance of the bunker(el bunko) sells you secret gears.
