This trophy is sparked by a single hit on an enemy that deals 666 damage.

For the The Number Of The Beast achievement, here's an easy guide! or at least what worked for me.

All of the equipment that i used and you can try with -

• Pyro Calamity whip upgraded
  
• Double Edge Greatsword
  
• Crimson Wand upgraded
  
• Outfit 1001
  
• Remex Helmet
  
• Hornbeast Fang
  
• Hornbeast Claw
  
• Fatal Ring
  
• Remains of a broken sword
  
• Twin's right ring
  
  Talent tree completely upgraded
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The Double Edge Greatsword can be found in Scorchwhere after mastering the jumps across the heli boys at around end game level 70+
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  For this achievement, a winning location is Rubiwood Desert, it's Northeastern confluence tree can be used to reset enemies, and many spawn close to it.
  If you keep striking them with the Double Edge Greatsword, eventually you can unlock this achievement.
