I'll be structuring the guide in this manner.

-Policy- +3 gold and science for each resource assigned to cities with at least 8 urban population.

-Passive- +15% science in cities with at least 8 urban population.
-Policy- +4 science in towns.

-Unlocks House of Wisdom Wonder, +3 science, gain 3 relics, has 3 relic slots, +2 science from great works, must be placed adjacent to a district.
-Passive- +33% happiness towards maintaining specialists.

-Passive- +50% influence towards the improve trade relations action.
-Adds the Manigramam unique building.

-Passive- +2 resource capacity in the capital.
-Adds the Anjuvannam unique building.

Tradition 2
-Passive- +1 gold from active diplomatic actions they started or supported.
-Policy- +3 culture on gold buildings.

Tradition 3
-Passive- The Kalam receives +1 movement and sight.
-Policy- -2 gold on maintenance for naval units.

Tradition 4
-Passive- +1 settlement limit.
-Policy- +4 gold in settlements other then your capital if they have a water building.
-Passive- Ottru receives the convoys promotion.
-Unlocks Brihadeeswarar Temple wonder. +3 influence, all buildings gain a +1 happiness adjacency for navigable rivers. Must be placed adjacent to a navigable rivers or on a minor river.

-Passive- +2 culture for every time a storm, flood, or volcanic eruption has provided fertility this age.

Tradition 1M
-Policy- +50% production towards constructing culture buildings.
-Passive- When you defeat an enemy unit with a Leiomano, gain culture equal to 25% of the defeated unit's strength.

-Adds Lo'i Kalo unique improvement.
-Policy- +4 culture on food buildings.

-Passive- +2 culture for Lo'i Kalo improvements in settlements with a Pavilion

Tradition 3
-Policy- +2 culture on Marine terrain.
-Passive- +2 Relics.
-Passive- +1 settlement Limit.

Tradition 3M
-Unlock Hale o Keawe Wonder, +2 culture, constructing a building on coast terrain grants culture equal to 50% of it's cost, has 3 relic slots, must be adjacent to coast, but not adjacent to tundra.
-Passive- +2 culture on marine terrain in settlements following your religion.
-Passive- The Kahuna Receives a second healing charge.

-Passive- +1 happiness on mountain tiles
-Unlock Machu Pikchu wonder, +4 gold, +2 resource capacity in this settlement, +4 culture and gold on all buildings adjacent to this wonder. must be placed on a tropical mountain.

Tradition 2
-Policy- Receive +25% of the gold from trade income as food.
-Passive- Rough Terrain does not end the movement of any inca unit.

Tradition 2M
-Passive- The Warak'aq gains the poisen ability, +5 combat strength against wounded units.
-Policy- settlements receive +0.5 gold for every urban population, and +0.5 production for every rural population.

Tradition 3
-Passive- +2 food on terrace farms in settlements with a granary.

Tradition 3M
-Passive- farms and terrace farms receive +3 food if adjacent to at least one mountain.

-Passive- +25% gold towards buildings in towns.
-Policy- +1 science for each resource assigned to a city, this becomes +2 in cites other then your capital.

-Passive- +2 resource capacity in the capital.

Tradition 3
-Passive- Mandarins receive +25 science when they use the create a road action.
-Policy- +2 science on gold buildings and +2 gold on science buildings.

Tradition 3M
-Passive- +1 settlement limit.
-Unlocks Forbidden City wonder, +2 culture, +2 culture and gold on all fortification buildings in this settlement, must be placed adjacent to a district.

-Policy- +50% influence towards initiating and progressing the befriend independent project.
-Passive- You can support other player's wars 3 times instead of 1.

-Passive- +2 influence per turn.
-Passive- The Kispoko Nena'to receives +1 combat strength per positive war support.

-Policy- Cities receive +2 production on tundra, desert, and plains tiles.
-Passive- +2 food on farms and camps.
