Make combos much easier by rebinding your keys.

Rules

• You can buffer actions.
  
• Certain techniques will not work on shielded enemies unless their defense is broken first.
  
• Some techniques still activate even if your buffered input is not perfectly clean.
  
• Some techniques only activate if started with a light attack.

There are two stabs: normal and powered-up.
To use the powered-up stab, either do a light attack first, or hold the stab to charge it(can be done while running), then you can perform the swift stab.
Also it appears that the light attack first followed by a stab doesn't always trigger a powered up stab.

Combo:

• LButton(Light Attack), LShift+RButton(Stab), LButton(Swift Stab(Skill)), F + Mouse Right(Lariat(Skill)),
  
• Lbutton(Light Attack), LShift+Rbutton(Stab), F+LButton(Restrain)

  Example:
  
  If Kliff is fighting a non-shielded enemy, you can do a stab (LShift + Right Click) followed by a restrain (F + LClick).
  
  There are multiple ways to get the restrain to come out. As soon as you see the stab animation begin, you can already buffer the next input by holding the restrain sequence. You can also hold F + LClick + RClick, and the technique will still execute.
  
  I’m still pretty early in the skill tree and don’t have everything unlocked yet, but after learning these rules, comboing feels much easier.

Blind Flash: Ctrl + Left Click Hold - works from stowed weapon (T) if you are having difficulty.
Natures Grasp: F + Left Click - must be close enough to the target
Sprinting: Sprinting still requires repeatedly tapping Shift. Improvements have been made, but if you want max speed tap shift.

Use a MMO mouse I personally use the:re-dragon M908 and the RE – dragon atrox is also very good.

Use a macro program
For example, you can use voice attack or Auto Hot Key - both free.

Why use macros?
For example, you can macro your i key to open up your inventory with a single press of a button or your journal.
