How to Port your D2R Battle.net Characters to Steam Diablo 2 Resurrected

Porting your characters from BN to Steam D2R
If you have characters from the Battle.net game D2R and want to use those same
characters in the steam version of D2R. You just need to locate and copy
the character files from your saved games folder.

One option is to install the steam DR2 version game into the same directory
as the D2R on Battle.net is installed and your characters will show ingame.

This means the same saved games documents folder for D2R will be used and
save into where your characters and settings files were previously saved for
the Battle.net version of D2R.

The other option is to locate your saved games folder.

If you are installing D2R to a new drive or directory for the steam version
then for your character files from Battle.net D2R go to:

This is if your on Windows 10 64bit.

Once you've located your saved games folder you should have the following
files for your character:

Copy and paste them into the new directory:
As you can see above i have 2 characters i created, both have the same file
name extensions on them.

Once ingame you should see your characters in either online or offline tabs on
the right in D2R based on where you created them.

As you can see in the pic below my two characters are under the offline tab.
