Issued to all Helldivers in commemoration of their fallen comrades, on 'Malevelon Creek Memorial Day' April 3, 2024.
A day serving as a reminder of all the divers who lost their lives in battles over the Creek, both during the opening weeks of the Second Galactic War and Operation Swift Disassembly: Liberation of Malevelon Creek[helldivers.wiki.gg].
Everyone that was playing the game during that time got this cape for free. Everyone else won't be able to get it anymore.

Viewers of the 'Escalation of Freedom' livestream event got 2 days early access to this set; other players began to receive it on August 8, 2024. Everyone owning the game at that time got the armor for free. Everyone else buying the game after that won't be able to get it anymore.

The "B-22 Model Citizen" armor and "Eye Of Freedom" cape was issued to all those who logged in during the weeks around the first anniversary on February 8, 2025.

The cape was received as part of the game's first anniversary on Feburary 8th, 2025.
However, it's acquisition was dependent on multiple players replying with "F" across the Helldivers 2 Social Media accounts.
Similar to the "TR-40" armor, this was only given out to the Helldivers owning the game at that time.

Issued by the Ministry of Prosperity on June 17, 2025, to all active Helldivers in recognition of their triumphant victory in the Battle for Super Earth[helldivers.wiki.gg].
Similar to the "B-22" armor, this cape was only issued to those who logged in during the battle.

On May 9th, 2025, a channel was opened in the Helldivers Discord called "S81-Satcom", linking to a YouTube livestream titled "STATION 81 - OFFLINE [REBOOT]" as an ARG[helldivers.wiki.gg] (alternate reality game). The community team on Discord also changed their names to SATCOM 1-6. Each one throughout the ARG held useful information on getting Station-81 back online and other lore. The Braille dots say "DCON DCON".

Issued by the Ministry of Prosperity on July 22, 2025 to players who logged in anytime between May 9, 2025 and July 22, 2025.

Issued to all Helldivers for their triumph over the Hive World Oshaune, having had successfully liberated the Hive World[helldivers.wiki.gg].
Everyone that was playing the game during that time, between September 2nd and November 4th 2025, got this cape for free. Everyone else won't be able to get it anymore.

In the spirit of Generosity, Gratitude, and Vengeance, High Command bequeaths to all active Helldiver personnel who participated during December 18th and 31st 2025, a seasonal cape to celebrate the end of this year’s Festival of Reckoning[helldivers.wiki.gg].

The set was claimable via a finite Twitch Drop between February 8th and 23rd, 2024.
Then on December 12, it was made available again to Steam users, in partnership with The Game Awards.
Finally, on December 19, Helldivers across all platforms gained access to it.

Liberty Day[helldivers.wiki.gg] is a holiday of Super Earth and is celebrated every 26th of October.
Historically, Arrowhead Game Studios has published an official blog post each year recognizing Liberty Day and has been known to hold interactive events such as live streams, contests, giveaways, and an "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) thread.

I created this guide to provide a place where all the special armors, capes, and similar items that aren't available anymore or ones that were given out to special occasions are listed. As of the time I'm writing this guide, it is fairly comprehensive, but I am sure it will need updates over time. More stuff will likely be given out, and more people will wonder where they can obtain these items or what accomplishments were required to earn them.

Since there's no other guide or website that lists these special items without also including everything else, like warbonds that will accumulate over time, I decided to start early.

Please don't view this guide as a "things you've missed" list, but rather as a record of the rewards and trophies that were given out and the accomplishments required to earn them.
