Chapter - Wedding Bells
You need to go to the very first chapter in the game, Wedding Bells.
It's pretty simple, you go to the last part of the level where you need to walk down the aisle to get married. As you are walking down, you will notice that on the right side, (the groom's side) the only "person" present is a fish that is flopping around...
Simply pick him up and bring him to the altar with you.
Now all you have to do is get married...I put the fish on the table shown below and got the achievement, once you put the ring on Scarlet's finger, you should get the achievement..
